Product & operation
Does Fire Zero require any wiring or power?

No. The tube is its own detector and delivery system. There is nothing to wire, power, or maintain. If the tube is pressurised, it works.

How does it actually put out a fire?

The tube is a sealed polymer line charged with FM-200 clean agent, routed through the space you're protecting. It senses heat along its entire length. When a fire pushes the local temperature to ~100°C, the tube ruptures precisely at that point and discharges directly onto the flames — knocking them down in about a second.

Will it activate from heat-soak in a hot engine bay?

No. The rupture window is ~100°C (±3°C) at the tube wall itself. Normal under-hood ambient temperatures sit 40–70°C even during track sessions.

What's inside? Is the agent safe?

FM-200 (heptafluoropropane), the same clean agent used in data centers and museum vaults. Non-conductive, leaves no residue, and approved for occupied spaces.

How long does it last?

The tube has a 3-year manufacturer warranty and a 10-year service life. An annual visual gauge check is all that's required to verify it is still pressurised.

Choosing & installing
How do I install it?

Route the tube along the path a fire would follow, anchor it with the included clips roughly every 30 cm, mount the cylinder, and confirm the gauge reads in the green. No wiring, no power, no commissioning.

What size do I need?

Match the tube length to the protected volume — each length lists its coverage in cubic meters on the product page. Round up if you're between sizes. Not sure? Email us a rough measurement and we'll size it for you.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Fire Zero ships factory-direct from our Korean manufacturer. Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from order to your door within the US. We err on the conservative side — most orders arrive sooner. Tracking is provided once the shipment leaves Korea.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on unmounted units. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer; original outbound shipping is non-refundable. To start a return, email info@usafirezero.com with your order number.

Where do I return a product to?

Returns ship to our designated US returns center. The address is provided when you initiate the return — we route by region. Please do not ship returns directly to the Korean manufacturer.

Is this certified for the US market?

The tube system is KFI-certified and patented in the Republic of Korea, CE marked, and the FM-200 agent itself is EPA SNAP listed. Sold as auxiliary protection — not as a replacement for a code-required system.

Do you sell to fleets, installers, or resellers?

Yes. Contact us with a rough volume and use case and we'll route you to wholesale pricing and installer resources.
